Gentleman’s frock coat, waistcoat, pants, and tie. This could lend itself nicely for steampunk style. It also strongly resembles Matt Smith’s Eleventh Doctor’s frock coat (unfortunately his waistcoat usually was collarless, though not always). It could possibly be modified to resemble William Hartnell’s First Doctor’s coat, if you round the corners of the front to form a cutaway coat, and add the diagonal line of buttons down either side. (No collar on his waistcoat, either.)
