American Western frock coat, waist coat and shirt, circa 1880, by Buckaroo Bobbins. Could be used for steampunk or other Victorian adventures. This is a close match for the coat worn by Peter Davison as the Fifth Doctor from “Doctor Who,” if made in View A with bias tape edging.
