“Forest Friends” by Andrea Schewe including Ladybug/Butterfly/Flower/Turtle/Bird. Flower would make a great World of Warcraft podling or plant from Plants vs. Zombies. Base romper and sleeves (pieces 1/2/3) are missing, but all other pieces can be attached to any base romper/shirt/sweatshirt. Some small tears.
