“Super easy” vest, elbow-length sleeved jacket and ankle-length coat. Has no zippers or buttons, is designed for loden cloth (but fleece would be a less expensive alternative) and has no hems. Make a matching belt, and you have a really fast and easy trenchcoat. Unisex in design, the largest size is 73 1/4″ around.
